I bought this the same day as the 1632 Taler. I think it was fairly cheap or at least a very good deal. what an amazing coin to have in hand. Its huge, chunky and slightly irregular in shape. This is Pirate treasure at its best. I believe this came from a sunken ship that was salvaged some years ago. when I get the specifics, i'll put it in here...
